1. How do I use a coupon code?

Please click Show order summary at the checkout and add your code where you’ll see the discount box. Type your code here, click apply, if it’s valid, your discount will be applied.

Please be noticed that each order can only use one code once.

2. Where is the company located?
Our designer team works in Brooklyn, New York. Clothes are made and shipped from overseas factories and warehouses. 
Our business model is DTC (direct to customer), low prices direct from factory suppliers to eliminate unnecessary costs and deliver the lowest possible prices to customers.

3. Are the clothes true to size?

Yes, all the items in our store are true to the US size. Every item has its size chart. We added the notes under the size chart if the item is smaller or larger than normal. 

4. How long does it take to deliver?
Delivery Time = 1-3 working days Processing time + Shipping time. You will receive your order in 4-18 working days from the date that it is placed. 
If you selected free shipping, please allow sufficient time with free shipping option if you need your order on specific date. 

5. Can I cancel or exchange my order? 
Although it is possible to cancel your order, there are a few stipulations. Some of the stipulations to be aware of when canceling your order might include:
  • Only orders within 24 hours since we not yet processed for shipment may be cancelled.
  • We will credit cancelled orders in the form of payment used.
  • We will not credit or reissue coupons on a cancelled order.

6. How to make a return or free exchange?
We have strict quality assurance before each product is shipped, we offer Free Exchange if the item doesn't fit you well (We cover all the fees). If you're not satisfied with the items after receiving them, please feel free to contact us at: info@melarey.com
