We offer returns and refunds for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
- Please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us pictures or videos that display the problem.
- Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send it to the address that our customer service provided. Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
Return Policy
- Our policy is active for 30 days from the date your item ships. If 30 days have gone by since your ship date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
- We are not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit, but we will be glad to assist in filing a claim with USPS if your items qualify.
- You may NOT return jewelry, any accessories such as but not limited to handbags, Fragrance/Candles, Drinkware like BRUMATE or SWIG, Lit Handlers, sunglasses, scarves, belts, leg warmers, socks, leggings, pre-sale/pre-order, or personalized items.
- You CANNOT return items in which you have used coupon savings of 20% or greater during the checkout process.
- The SALE items are FINAL SALE and we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges whatsoever.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached (if applicable). If you return items that have make up, deodorant, or any other stains on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
- If you believe we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise you must contact us within 48 hours to resolve any issues.
- Colors and patterns may very slightly depending on computer/phone screens. This does not qualify as a defect and buyer must pay return shipping.
- We are not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit, but we will be glad to assist in filing a claim with USPS if your items qualify.
- We are unable to provide a shipping label, the return shipping cost would need to be covered by the buyer.
- Items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your return meets the above criteria, please white a note with your name, order number, email address in the returned package, send it to the address that our customer service provided. And please tell us the tracking number and tracking site after you returned back. When we receive the item we will refund the price of the item minus any coupon codes or discounts used. Store credit is not refundable.
Please note:
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Package refusal is not an acceptable way to make a return.
- You will need to include the return information.
- Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice.

A unreturnable item as stated above, or not as described by customer will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Please allow 30 business days for return processing.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
An emailed E-Gift Card will be instantly delivered after your return has been accepted by either a return bar representative or a UPS carrier. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Due to shipping delays may occur, we have a two-month limit from the order date to address any shipping issues. If your package does not arrive within this period, contact us within two months. If the package is lost or undelivered, we will provide a refund or send a replacement. Unfortunately, if more than two months have passed since the order date, we will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement, as the package status cannot be traced.
Exchange & Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of your order being placed. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee after 1 hour of your order being placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
